Today, I am an experienced life coach, leadership coach and an advocate for personal well being.

 

I have been running my own coaching business now for 10 years. I offer one-to-one coaching support to lots of different people who are committed to change.

 

Before Complete Coaching, I spent 14 years with Hays plc. As a Senior Manager, I operated throughout the South West leading recruitment teams in the construction industry. Laterly with Hays plc, I worked within their education sector as a coaching mentor - interacting with leaders and supporting them into senior positions.

 

Years ago, I started as a Zoologist based in Southern Africa. A place where all my rough edges were smoothed and my focus changed from animals to people.
