Perception is important. When areas of our life are not quite as we want them, it has an impact both personally and professionally. I offer a fresh perspective for your challenges that boosts both resilience and authenticity. Coaching offers a place to be, to observe these areas, gain a different perspective and offer yourself other choices.

Dealing with this alone can be tricky. As a coach, I have no agenda, no judgment and offer positive support and challenge. Gaining some clarity is a refreshing place to start.

How it works...
  • The first step is to send me an email

  • We can then arrange a short telephone conversation to discuss your specific situation

  • Coaching sessions last 90 mins 

  • They take place every 2-4 weeks depending on your situation

  • I usually recommend a series of coaching sessions over time 

  • Coaching for private clients takes place at my coaching space which is between Cirencester and Swindon

  • Coaching for business clients to be arranged at an initial meeting
